A GIS database design and development for use in a pavement management system of the Egyptian highway network. Along with real kinematic GPS surveying and video mapping to populate the geospatial database with over 20,000 km. of highway, attribute data and field photographs of highway services (emergency services, toll stations, gas stations, rest houses, along and across bridges, cities and attractions along the highway route).
